The good news: most of the causes are fixable. The bad news: most men ignore them because fog is easy to normalize when everyone around you is dragging through the day the same way.


What's Actually Happening in Your Brain

Brain fog isn't a diagnosis. It's a symptom — a cluster of cognitive complaints that researchers link to neuroinflammation, disrupted neurotransmitter production, poor glucose regulation, and a compromised gut-brain axis.
